I don't do the washing up

Wednesday, I washed up, the bl**dy dishwasher conked and after last night with the food and all the wine glasses I had to wash, I was not impressed. I got up, came downstairs had a look at the carnage and went back to bed, just after 10 I got a text from Hayley saying the kettle was on and did I fancy a cuppa, when I text back and said I was still in bed, she called me a lazy so and so and suggested I might have a hangover – she knows me soo well in such a short space of time (Hi Hayley), I have to be nice as she now reads the blog, she has admitted to reading back to when we met them to see what we had written, all good I assured her. we like Hayley, Paul and Millie, who is adorable, even Tom thinks she is great, just as long as he doesn't get any ideas .

I did have coffee with Hayley and Millie mid morning and we popped into Mornington for an hour in the afternoon to buy Millie Moo some new joggers as she is growing so much, I am not surprised with the amount she eats, she is a fab eater for someone so young and loves sitting at the table with you and sharing, won’t be long now and she will be sharing Jason’s curry.

The rest of the week is just as busy, tomorrow I have the MICM maintenance man coming to do some jobs and hopefully fix the dishwasher, It NEEDS to be fixed, Friday I am going to help Lesley pack and Saturday we are helping them move into their new house, Sunday we are seeing Trish, Mark and the girls again which will be lovely, we had a great time the last time we saw them, Monday we will be changing bedrooms and washing bedding etc ready for Anna arriving and then we have LOTS and LOTS planned for Anna’s visit, let’s hope she gets over the jet lag quickly.

Anna if you read this before you arrive, drink plenty of water on the flight, and try not to sleep too much, sleep to Dubai if you can then stay awake to here, then you will sleep through the night when you first arrive and be ready for the following day as we do have something planned, you’re not coming all this way and not seeing anything, you are going to go home needing a holiday.
