One Down, Two to go !

We have sold Jason's car, we didn't get quite as much as we would have liked but as with everything at the moment, it seems to be a buyer's market :-(

The Renault will now be advertised and we will talk to Nick nicely over the next couple of days and see if he can get us a £500 banger that Tracy can use for the school runs and not bother about just leaving, when we eventually sell the house.

On Friday the house is in the paper again, at the new reduced price, so fingers crossed. Jason spoke to the estate agent who has said that our house is getting more traffic on Rightmove than any of the others - we don't want the traffic we want a viewer and if that is the case why are we not getting a viewer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND to top it off the bloke talking to his financial advisor to see if he could afford the house, was way off the mark, apparently he could only afford £300,000, he obviously didn't do very well at maths in school if he doesn't think there is that much difference between £300,000 and £469,950.

Jason has just loaded dads wagon and taken the sofas from the summer house and spare room, some DVD / CD Shelving and the trampoline to my cousins and aunties, our spare room is now virtually empty, tomorrow we will clear it out completely and use that as our Australian storage room, anything to go, will go in there. Our bedroom floor will be clear again, perhaps it is a good job we haven't had any viewers, our room and the landing are not great at the moment.
