The house is now priced at £449,995, only £5.00 less than £450,000 but apparently it is a psychological thing, and we might get a viewer as we are not at £450,000 - Understand that one if you can. Anyhow we are in the paper today, and have already seen a car looking, but we saw 3 last weekend and didn't get any viewers, we will have to wait and see. House still a mess so perhaps no viewers is good at the moment.
