Nearly, but not quite 4 weeks for sale

Still for sale and no interest we are very disappointed, we have now reduced the price to £469,995 from £475,000, are advertising that we are open to offers and that we are moving abroad, We were in the paper again on Friday, let’s hope that we get someone to view next week. We are sure that if someone comes to look they will love the house as much as we do and buy it. We have agreed to speak to the Estate Agent every Wednesday and agree what we want to do, although he has told us not to reduce again just yet as it is still very early days.
