Quick Update

As I have been told off by Robin this week for not updating the blog regularly enough – sorry Robin, this one is for you.

Right, its Thursday morning and we have not done a great deal at all, Monday I cleaned and caught up with the washing, before heading off to Hayley’s for coffee and cake before the school run and then Peppa’s for cheesecake and coffee after the school run.

Tuesday I cleaned and did some tidying, before Kerrie popped in for a coffee and Danish pastry.

Wednesday I took Tom into Frankston so he could buy a game he wanted before going to Peppa’s for coffee and then we went to the local Bowls club and also the Morning Star Estate to talk to them about organising a Trivia Night to raise funds for the Safety House committee. We then spoke to my parents on Skype, it was my dad’s birthday and they were going to Akbar’s that night for curry, now I do miss a good curry so we were very jealous, but will have to make up for all these missed birthdays when you visit us. Dad has been promised a meal at The Rocks when they arrive and I think he will like that.

So far today I have done the college and school run, put petrol in the car, been and paid my lay by, picked up some milk and am typing this while I have my first coffee of the day before hitting the ironing, which will take me most of the day as there’s lots. Not much else to do as it is raining.

Tonight I have keep fit class, yes I will say it before you do, to help shift all the coffee and cakes I am having, tomorrow I have invited the new neighbours for tea so will have to give Chardy club a miss this week, but will see the girls on Saturday night at Sally’s party, then we are at Mornington Races on Sunday, which is a family day out and should be good, well that’s providing it stops raining.
