Today was Anna’s last day, after dropping Jason in Frankston we went shopping in Frankston, well after stopping for coffee and muffins, it didn’t take Anna long to get into the Ozzie way of life.
After shopping we went through to Mt Eliza for lunch then a spray tan for Anna, so that she looks like she has been away, it looked really good and not like she had been tango’s at all, I might give it a go one day. Anyhow time flew by and in no time it was after 2.30 and we needed to get back to the house so Anna could re-pack and include her new stuff and I needed to do the school run. After the school run I made some tea and at 4.45 Anna and I set off towards Moorabin which is where we were meeting Jason for the remainder of the journey to the airport.
After checking her luggage in, we found the bar and she and I shared a bottle of chardonnay and potato wedges. It was really sad saying goodbye and difficult to keep the tears at bay, but Anna has said she will be back at Charismas which will be lovely and hopefully she won’t need a spray tan then either. We watched her go through to departures at 8.30 ready for her 9.30 flight to Dubai, we got home just after 10 and were shattered, it was more or less straight to bed.
