Saturday – Show Villages

Saturday was a lovely day, warm and sunny, t shirt and jeans day. After lunch we set of towards Cranbourne to a show village, this is where builders show models of the types of houses they built, it was great, they all look so beautiful inside and you should see some of the additions you can have, outdoor Jacuzzi’s off the main bedroom, outdoor living rooms with living flame fires, outdoor kitchens with built in BBQ’s and fridges. You can have a 4 bed, 3 living room house built for $180,000, Ok to have all the extra’s you will need another $50,000 at least , but you can buy land from about $150,000, so it can be cheap and something we will look at when we eventually sell. We then called at the local butchers and bought lots of half price meat, which is now in my new freezer and the local cheesecake shop for puddings for tomorrow.

ALSO the ship docked today, we have to ring Tuesday to see when it will be delivered, due to the problems (being polite here) we have had with Crown, they have placed priority clearance on our things, fingers crossed we won’t have to wait too much longer for our clothes and shoes and bags and bed and shoes and bags and bedding and shoes and bags and clothes.
