Tuesday 15th

Was a good girl again today and got up and made Jason coffee and toast, he had an early start today and had to be in work for 8.30, but I will leave him to update you all about work. I was really tired, the curry sat funny all night and I didn’t have a great night’s sleep, so when he was gone I went back to sleep until about 10, then washed up the bits from last night while the kids had breakfast and got themselves washed and dressed. As it was already quite late we decided to spend the afternoon at the aquarium, to be honest it also looked quite cloudy and like it could rain.

We arrived at the aquarium just after 1 and paid the $50.00 for a single family ticket, it was very quiet being mid week and not during school hols so we more or less had the place to ourselves which was good, but the downside was that we had only been in there about 45 mins when we had seen it all, it isn’t very big and again having been to America, we have seen much bigger in sea world, but at least it killed an hour. We then had a walk to the DFO (Designer factory outlet) and had a wander, the kids weren’t in the mood for shopping and I wasn’t in the mood for them and their bickering and complaining there feel hurt either so that was a waste of time too. We headed back to the apartment which is where they wanted to be and just sat – what a waste of time and effort, it didn’t rain, it was quite breezy, but my ¾ sleeved jacket kept me Ok, think I am liking the Aussie autumn. Jason was late back from the office, so we had started eating our tea, I then had an early night I was shattered, again all that fresh air and the kids bickering had taken it out of me.
