That is where we are right now, we have cleared Mollie and Sam’s rooms of old clothes and toys they don’t play with, into charity shop, local nursery and skip bags, sooo we now have approx 15 bags in the entrance hall to go to the skip, 5 suitcases on the middle landing and 5 bags for the charity shop on the top floor. Thank goodness we have 3 floors!!! Sam has been away since Friday thanks to Suzy and Nick, he has come back exhausted, hopefully he won’t miss all the toys we have removed from his room, it will be interesting over the next couple of days if he asks for anything we have removed.
We have had quite a busy weekend, a lovely evening with Martin and Jeannette, mum and dad on Friday, Katie and Ryan’s leaving party on Saturday, then packing in and amongst, we are booked this week for a night at http://www.littletokyo.co.uk on Wednesday with Andrew and my mum and dad, which we are looking forward to it, well Jason, Tracy, Sam and Mollie are, Tom, well he is refusing to go as he thinks he is going to get a raw fish slapped in front of him, trying to convince him otherwise. On saying that we are going to go early, so Tracy has suggested that they go to Leeds late afternoon and Tom can have a look in Primark (his favourite shop at the moment) and he seems much more amiable. Although we are not sure how dad is going to get on with his allergy to oil, most things on the menu including the profiteroles seem to be deep fried. Friday we are out with Suzy, (Nick in China), Jo-Anne and Andy and Jules and Stu, not sure where we are going, but is should be fun, hopefully a few glasses of bubbles for the girls.
As for a leaving party, we did think about it, but the lodge was booked for the weekend we wanted, but it is now free, we were only told Friday night, a bit too late for a party to be organised so we aren’t having one. Tom has had one at his dad’s sounds like a great time was had by all.
