Friday - Blue Light and Birthday lunch

Tonight was the blue light disco once again, Sam wasn’t going all week until after school today, it seems (Peppa was listening to the conversation) that Sam has been told by Taylor that Montana is flirting with him, so we are assuming that made him change his mind.

Moo had a great time as usual, but I am sure she would enjoy herself even if it wasn’t that good.

Yesterday it was Diane’s 40th birthday, so we had arranged to have lunch today, I went to pick her up at 11.30 and we left about an hour later having had a coffee and a chat with her other half Mick, we had made arrangements to meet Peppa in Mornington when she had finished a photo shoot she was doing that morning.

It was quite a busy day and we met a few others, Katya and her daughter Poppy were shopping, then Kerrie, who joined us for lunch. Which was very enjoyable and we treated ourselves to a glass of Ozzie house white to celebrate Diane’s birthday, but only the one as we all had to do the school run. Again what a laugh, I had a stitch laughing so much.

The weather this afternoon has been dreadful, Sam went to school on his bike this morning and I did tell him it had forecast rain but he choose to go on his bike, when he came out of school it was chucking down with rain, it was really heavy, he came towards the car on his bike and I shouted from the window to keep going as fast and safe as he could. Moo came and sometimes we see Aimee from up the road, if I am going straight home I will drop her to, I hadn’t seen her today, but sent Moo back to get her and took her home, that’s how bad it was.

We got ourselves sorted as Paul and Hayley were coming for tea or should I say supper by the time we had picked up and dropped off from the disco. We had such a laugh, Millie had some veggies and garlic bread with us, I had made lasagne, garlic bread, potatoes, broccoli and carrots. We were so full after eating, that we decided to have a rest before Hayley’s cheese cake pud. We sat and Jason and Paul had a game on the Wii. Millie fell asleep on Hayley’s knee but woke up as soon as cheesecake was mentioned, it was really funny, poor Hayley and Paul had to share with her, it was a spoon for Hayley, spoon for Millie, Hayley, Millie and so on, if Hayley tried to sneak an extra spoonful in Millie went mad, it was hilarious, we were crying laughing at the poor thing.
