Saturday

Well I am shattered, Jason and I were late in bed last night as Nick and Suzy have FINALLY got themselves a web cam, so we had a chat with Nick, Oliver and Gab’s. Suzy was still at work so we made arrangements to speak to them later that night for them and first thing this morning for us, Nick skyped us about 8.30, initially I pulled the covers over my head, but did follow Jason down stairs in my dressing gown, we could have stayed in bed as Suzy was in bed, we had a lovely chat, the kids said Hi and I gave them a guided tour of the house and the view from our balcony. It was wonderful to see them all after such a long time, we do need to make arrangements to speak to more of you on Skype, seeing people really does make a difference.

Anna was late home, I will leave it to her to tell you the exact time, she had a great time and ended up in the city, she went back to bed after lunch.

We dropped Tom at his mates in Mount Eliza, NICE HOUSE is all I am going to say. Sam was off out with his mates on his bike, he and Nathan came back when they were hungry before setting off again. Jason finally plucked up the courage to tackle the garden as it has been lovely weather wise. It looks much better than it did and I am now thinking about getting a large kids pool type thing for the garden for summer, they have them in the Target toy sale which starts next Thursday, there is one reduced to $600 and you can put that and any other toys you want on lay by, if I pay if off fortnightly I should have it by summer.

Anna was out again tonight, Tom stayed at Jacks, so Jason, Sam, Moo and I went into Mount Eliza for a curry with Lesley, Paul and Charlie, Louise Jon and Molly, Sally, Rob and Alice, it was a lovely curry and one of the nicest we have had since we have been here, Jason drove and it was BYO for wine so Lesley and I were Ok, poor Louise and Sally were driving. We all then came back to ours for a few more drinks, the kids played on the Wii and we just chattered, a lovely evening as usual.
