Taking the Bull by the Horns

Well, during yet another heated debate yesterday as to how Jason being in Oz and the children and I being here was going to work financially, Jason suddenly asked why we are all not going and leaving the house empty with the estate agent and solicitor to sell. We had a look at the figures and it was going to be difficult anyhow, but not quite as difficult this way, Ok we won’t get the pool house at the beach as a rental to start with, and might have to drive 10 miles to the beach but needs must, we will all be together and that is all that matters. So after a discussion with dad today, he agreed to have Buster for a few months while we get ourselves sorted with a rental etc and we can then ship him out.

After contacting SMS, we can all get on the same flight and will now all go with Jason on the 3rd April. We have booked the shippers they are coming on the 31st March and 1st April, busy, busy, busy at the moment trying to get everything organised. The house is a tip, good job we don’t have any viewers booked. SMS will also alter the reservation at the Oaks to a bigger apartment and also arrange for a bigger car to pick us up from the airport. Need to make an appointment with the solicitor for next week to organise a Power of Attorney for the sale, have already started packing, have had a couple come and see Ben and they are interested in him and we have a guy coming from Leeds on Saturday, hopefully he will have a new home to go to soon. Have started giving notice to sky, Tiscali, mobiles etc.
