First Saturday of Spring

Saturday was a glorious day, the children and I didn’t rush to get up, I did some washing and put it on the line to dry, after lunch we walked up the road to Hayley’s, then we all walked to the local park at the top of the road, it is 5 minutes away and really lovely. Here are some pics of the kids having fun.




The park is split into two areas the on leash dog area which is the park bit, but also an off leash area, here are some pics of the off leash area including some of the training equipment available to use. I am sure we are going to have some fun there with Buster.

This shows how close the park is, we live down the road where the signs are, Sam is on the path just outside the park, but I am still inside the fence of the park.

After the park we walked back to Hayley’s, Sam went to call for his friend Lochay, but Moo wanted to play on her bike, and I wanted to watch her so we sat outside and enjoyed a glass or two of wine, well I did, Hayley is pregnant and only indulges in the occasional glass of wine, this was us settled for the day, when her hubby Paul arrived home from work and Jason got back from his conference they got the BBQ out and we had a very enjoyable evening with them.
