First Viewing

Well today we have our first viewer for the house, he seemed to like it but you can’t really tell, he said that he might come back with his son who is a surveyor, which could be a positive sign. But within 5 minutes of arriving he told us that in his opinion “it is currently a buyer’s market”, so if we do get an offer we think it might be a silly one and much less than we are prepared to accept and we are prepared to accept less, but not that much less. We are trying not to get our hopes up too much and are hoping that we might get a few more, a bit like buses – they call come at once!
